There's nothing better than a coach who's ran the New York City Marathon 8 times (and counting), along with spending countless hours coaching runners along city's pavement. New York's weather, racing scene, and topography (hills, pavement, and sometimes cobblestone), makes it a pretty diverse place to train. We might not be able to physical train in New York together, but that doesn't mean you can't still reap the rewards of a coach. 

Personalized Virtual Running Plans:

Don't underestimate a virtual coaching plan; in fact, being virtual has more longevity than in person coaching. Running plans highlight accountability, and often working with a coach virtually gives you, the athlete, more time to actually speak with me about the incredible feat you are doing that is running. And finally, running plans are way more affordable than in-person coaching. 

The Starting Line:
Training plans are posted on the Final Surge Platform, making it easy to upload your runs. Running Plans can also include a strength training compenent geared for runners by request, as well as: 
  • Running Calendar/Strategy
  • Regular Check Ins
  • Free adjustments to plan as needed

  • Monthly Plan: $175 first month (new clients only

If you're training for a long term goal, like a half marathon or a marathon, I recommend at least a 3-4 month minimum training plan (3 for a half; 4 for a whole). Save on your plan when you pay upfront.

525,600 Minutes Membership: A Year's Worth of Coaching 
Split into two payments, this yearly membership is worth every minute with its perks. As a yearly member, you are: 
  • Granted automatic access to workout videos
  • Receive a "Year's Overview" plan reviewing all your upcoming races and/or even non-running goals to prepare for your best year ever. 
  • Receive both targeted running plans for specific races in tandem with off season training plans geared to keep you both mentally and physically fresh. 
As well as regular coach chats and plan updates as usual. 

Membership Cost: $1600/year split into two payments of $800*. 
*First $800 payment due in total after the first two months--$200 Committment Deposit required to start. 
*Second $800 payment due in total after the Month 4.
