Without further ado, allow me to introduce my new writing series, Weekly Runners' Workouts. These workouts simply are here to give you runners ideas on what to do for your strength training days, your non-running days, days when ice and bad weather keep you indoors, or use a move here and there to add onto a running day. A brief explanation of exercise choice and how-to's may/may not be given (sometimes google and YouTube are more beneficial than anything I can write). Sometimes the workout will be given in a simple list.
