Strong Body, Strong Mind?
What's a life coach do anyway?
I prefer strong mind, stronger self. Our bodies are not perfect; in fact far from it. We often use this phrase with the intention of desiring a mental result from working our bodies harder. But what happens when our bodies can't live up to our hopes and expectations? Our thoughts become riddled with insecurities, frustrations, and our nagging ego ignites a war with our bodies. My coaching program highlights better ways to manage those thoughts, all while exploring how they affect your fitness -- whether you're a person casually exercising or one training for a specific goal. Let's get on the Start Line, shall we?
About Me:I've been in the fitness industry for over a decade and have trained, taught, and coached hundreds of people. They all had one thing in common--we had to manage their minds when it came to the body's ability.
This work became more evident the more I coached and listened to others, included other fitness and wellness professionals. In yoga, we always say to let go of what's not serving us, but we fail to create a strategy for our students. I help others create that strategy. Our thoughts about our bodies and the body's performance can be recognized, managed, and changed to better serve us. Follow me on Insta @SWEATSTORIA

"Angie started training me after a tendon injury that had left me unable to truly exercise for months. She was always encouraging and non-judgmental. She's super knowledgeable about the body and always made sure the workouts were safe for me. I lost weight, built muscle and generally just felt better. I'd recommend Angie to anyone!" ~Kate, 37
